👋 Hey!

Today I’d like to share the transformative experience that me and my team are designing to help redefine how leaders think, decide, and execute in 2026. This is about moving beyond inspiration and into real systems that actually work.

Today’s Edition

📧 Top Story
Málaga 2026 is shaping up to be very different from the typical conference playbook. Fewer people, deeper conversations, and a setting that changes how decisions get made.

🧰 Things to know
What’s included goes far beyond “talks and panels.” The structure of the experience is intentional — and that’s all that will be said here.

🎁 Driving business exposure
There is a discreet way for a small number of companies to be part of this story. It’s not about sponsorships as most people know them.

Málaga 2026: the stage that replaces large conferences

It is said that David Ogilvy, the father of modern advertising, believed that the consumer is informed, critical, and attentive — advertising that underestimates them fails. In the world of project management and startups, the logic is similar: the modern professional is not naïve; they know how to recognize when an event is just noise and when it is, in fact, an investment.

Today, we live in the era of conference fatigue. Events with thousands of people, where networking is often superficial and results are minimal.

I have attended many national and international events, trade fairs, enticing networking sessions, and interesting workshops where I came away with a bag full of experiences and enriching conversations with successful people. I have even collected a few goodies that still make me laugh.
But what truly changed my direction in projects and business was when I spent — or rather, invested — hours and hours with an experienced mentor during 5 strategic sessions that generated real sales and real revenue. The 1:1 support, the attention, and the “working together for 2 hours each session” were what strengthened my confidence and belief in the project.

Speaking more broadly, my experiences were not only with mentors, but also with people from my social circle — people I did not know very well — with whom I travelled and built professional relationships. Those relationships only happened because we spent time together, thinking, reflecting, and exchanging ideas, without the stress of rushing to hear yet another speaker in the next conference room.

It was from this perspective that I conceived the Project Management Premium Workshop in Málaga.

And why Málaga?

In 2026, Málaga positions itself as one of the most interesting technological hubs in Europe — not only because of the sun or quality of life. Andalusia’s technology park, Málaga TechPark, is an environment where startups, research centres, and multinational companies coexist on a daily basis — fertile ground for high-value networking.

International reference projects in a technology park with 715 companies

Among the most relevant projects is the installation of the new European nanoelectronics and microchips centre by imec, the world’s largest independent nanoelectronics R&D hub. The new centre will occupy 46,000 m² and will strengthen Málaga’s role in the European semiconductor ecosystem, with inauguration planned for 2030.

In 2024, the park recorded historic growth, reaching 715 companies, 72 of them foreign, and consolidating its presence in 77 countries.

In addition, the direct connection to the University of Málaga ensures a continuous flow of specialised ICT talent, with more than 6,000 students in the field and over 10,000 technology jobs within the park.

As Málaga TechPark is a living laboratory of innovation, where strategic decisions are made every day, it became clear to me that this would be the perfect setting for a premium workshop focused on AI, strategy, and project management.

What makes this event different?

On 25 and 26 March 2026, participants will work side by side with decision-makers who manage teams, budgets, and innovation. The programme dives into the themes shaping the future of the profession:

  • Advanced Project Management strategies

  • AI and data-driven decision-making

  • Alignment between performance, processes, and quality of life

  • Practical, applied mentorship

  • 1:1 networking with leaders and potential partners

  • Collaborations with companies within the TechPark

  • Sustainable and scalable growth

With limited spots, the event guarantees close support — something rare in a sector where most gatherings have become too crowded to generate real transformation.

Who is this event for?

It is for those who lead projects, teams, or businesses. This is the kind of event that is not measured by tickets sold, but by better decisions made in the months that follow.

I think I have said it all.

I am Abdul A., a project management consultant for Asana, Trello, and ClickUp, and I help teams and SMEs to:

  • Build clear and useful dashboards

  • Train teams, even complete beginners

  • Create workflows that save time and headaches

If it makes sense to explore how to raise your team’s productivity, send me a message and let’s put your execution engine to work at maximum power.
